Went to watch King Kong wf dearie today.. The movie is awesome wf really detailed creepy monsters haha.. The monsters had all the gals around on their feets screaming hahaha... Juz wondering how they manage to tow the huge ape back to the city haha... Gonna be a soccer day tmr and i've not been exercising for a month already..Finally can sweat it out!!. Cya guys take care...

Sentosa Trip!

Sentosa Trip!



Haha planned a trip to sentosa for the class on boxing day which sadly some of them reported sick that day! Man, maybe due to christmas blues haha...well felt quite disappointed but didn't wan to affect the mood of the others. Even Yi Kun after a 24 hrs gruelling duty at the changi naval base came.. Really have to salute him haha he did duty during christmas on the day b4. I actually went to his camp before for soccer and transport is really not easily available and one will have to take nearly 1.5hr juz to get out. Some more its at the extreme east haha.. Taxi wouldn't wan to get inside either.. But he didn't care and rushed to sentosa as soon as possible wf his camp pt attire! SALUTE!!

Only Ign, Wei Xian, Jason, Yi Kun, James, Yi Qi, Yi Qi's bf, Gui mei and Me turned up! Haha... well some self consolation for myself that its still higher than the usual number of ppl that turned up for the last sentosa trips..


Had great fun for that day though but have to apologize to Pinky (aka Yi Qi) that she happened to be the only gal that turned up at sentosa. Sorry pinky! must be abit boring for u..
We played volleyball, friesbie, slack and talk, played beach soccer wf other guys at the beach which we thrashed them. Great work from Ign, James, Jason and Yi Qi's bf, Allen i suppose.. Didn't spell wrongly right? =p

After a nice time talking and sun-tanning, we went to bathe and head to the harbourfront shopping centre which we meet up wf gui mei for a meal at the food court.. Had a nice time talking wf u guys and thanks again for coming!!

KL Part 3

KL (Part 3)

Hey guys, back wf KL part 3 after a long time haha.. 3 more photos added for part 2.. Haha.. but still haven receive most of the pics yet..

Woke up kinda late on Day 3 with Ign and Jason refusing to get up to bathe haha... We went down the lobby to have a light buffet breakfast as usual. After that we went to search for the recommended Dumpling and char siew noodles in the chinatown town market itself.. Had a hearty meal and they tasted really nice... After eating we saw a roadside stall selling bean curd jelly.. Haha they are really smooth, soft and nice.. Smth that melts in ur mouth..

We spent a great deal of time inside some chinese cake/biscuit shops and most of them bought smth back home for the family. Bought many stuff for my family too and we began walking back to our hotel after abt 2 hrs as the weather was extremely hot on that day.

We spent the last few hours in our hotel room itself talking and preparing our bags for setting off later on.. Soon its time to move off to federal hotel where our coach will be situated at...
*yawn*.. Ign bored by the waiting..

Hahah waited for quite a long time at the lobby and everyone was getting restless, walking about looking at the different stuff to kill time.. Soon the coach arrived and all of us boarded the bus wf kinda sad feeling as we really enjoyed ourselves. The food were nice, things were cheap and most importantly we were away from the stressful ns stinct.. Agree guys?? Yup and most of the guys have to book in the very next day back to camp.. Lucky that i'm on 3 weeks overseas leave.. Had a very long journey back to camp (5hrs) and all of us soon fell asleep.. Woke up to find that the sky is already pitch dark.. Remained awake the last 2 hrs and spend time talking to Chee Hao, Gui mei and Ign.. haha well Jason slept thru out the journey!!

Soon we arrived at the singapore check point and most of us went seperate ways home and this makes the end of our remarkable 3 days trip to KL! =) Hope there'll be a trip coming up soon ..

Back from KL (Part 2)

KL (Part 2)

We woke up at 6.30am, bathed and went down to the lobby to have our free morning buffet by the hotel.. Well, nothing fantastic as expected...Ate mostly coco crunch/cereals wf milk and some toasts and eggs. After that it was time to head to KLCC to grab the tickets for the twin towers entry!!

Haha 7 of us walked along the street (think we ate some snacks along the chinatown market didn't we? haha we were always EATING!) till we reached the KL's "Pasar Seni " LRT station... Well, they were still using the magnetic farecards, the ones that we were using before the ezlink pass was introduced. Had some difficulty buying the farecards from the ticketing booths as exact money is needed. Went up the Lrt station and we took some pictures there. The train arrived shortly and we were off to KLCC station! Haha not much diff as compared to our Lrt trains juz that they are much longer and more colourful on the outside! =p

We arrived at KLCC station whch were juz five stops away and the shopping centre actually resembles our own Takashimaya shopping centre.. After awhile, we found the place to queue up for tickets and there were already long stretch of ppl waiting. We took turns to stay in the queue while the others went looking around the shopping centre. Chee hao and I went to the cold storage after being relieved from waiting and we went to the cold storage at the basement. We spotted many funny drinks for sale and some of them include "Pepsi with KOPI" !! My god, what a disgusting drink but it seems that it was the best seller as there were only 2 left on the shelve!! =pp haha.. they have wierd taste dun they ?? haha.. actually we found out that they do not have quality control on their drinks as their seasons lemon tea tasted very sour and their coke being quite bland in taste.

After roughly abt 1hr + of waiting, we finally got the tickets (only 1320 tickets each day) and as the entry time was 2 hrs away, we went to the A&W and enjoyed a short lunch haha.. Yes A&W!! tasted the famous root beer float again!! haha jealous anyone? =pp Chee Hao spotted a toilet wf a special premium sign outside costing RM2 bucks per entry and 4 of us guys paid and went in to have a look haha. Really shiok inside wf two ppl stationed. We were given a ticket and a wet tissue b4 going in and we discovered that there were many kinds of bottles on the sink such as the "face mist", "body lotion", "hair conditional" etc etc and the whole toilet was scented by some aromatherapy oil lamps.. haha how i wish every toilet can be like this =pp

After that it was shopping and looking ard for us till 12.50pm.. All of us arrived at the basement, given a pass and we went inside a big lift with many buttons inside (looked liked the one they had in "charlie & the chocolate movie" except that its not transparent) together wf two crews and one of them introduced abt the twin towers as the lift went up. Yes, the twin towers are the tallest twin towers in the world.. We stopped roughly ard 170m above the basement and we were given 15min to room around the bridge linking the 2 towers. Magnificent view up there and we took alot of pictures up there. After leaving the bridge, we mingled ard the exhibition area and took many funny photos wf the posters (we can actually blend into the posters! ) and the taken pictures were quite real! haha..

We further took some pictures outside the building and club DI DA DI took a nice orange cab to times square shopping centre. Our number one fan, Gui mei, left us and went inside the other cab wf the others! haha.. well we got cheated this time (the others got cheated the first time ) as we paid 15RM for the trip which the driver refused to use the metre. Gui mei and co only paid 4 Rm+ !! Haha we arrived at times square, shocked at the size of it... There were about 10 storeys in total and it was really too big to shop ard and we felt lost.. not sure whether to go up 5 storeys to start from the extreme corner of one end.. or go down few storeys to start from one corner!!! Man, it was much bigger than mid valley mega mall. We first went to the kenny rogers at the basement where club DI DA DI (ign, jason and i ) shared a family meal, while the others shared one too.. The meal was gone in no time (no surprise haha) and after which we decided to take a cab back to the hotel without shopping as some of them were tired haha.. We got lucky and took a london cab back together! Haha saw hotel federal on the way and many of us complained to Jason again about the diff in the quality of the hotel hahah...

We got back into our rooms and rested for some time before we embarked on a long walking journey to the famous beef noodles roadside stall. The sauce for the noodles or "lao shu fen" was really nice haha something i've not tired before.. After that we left the place and began walking near federal hotel. We saw a big bak kut teh and pig trotters food house and all of us decided to go in and eat again!! hahaha the bak kut teh and the pig trotters were superb haha checked out chee hao's cam again for the video on the food starring host JASON CHUA again .. This video was specially taken for Sandy haha who missed the good food and the trip itself =pp Good ambience there and we were also served wf some nice chinese tea.. We continued walking along the streets after that and came to a roadside fruit juice stall where we bought several drinks.. Not that nice but the strawberry juice which Ign and i bought were insanely sweet!!! haha

We got inside federal hotel after finishing the drinks and man, we saw beautiful scenery of the twin towers and the buildings around from the swimming pools haha.. The complains to Jason increased and we felt like pushing him down the stairs!! hahahah.. There were also areas for jacuzzi and massaging!! Well, i think in terms of service and quality, federal wins hands down but hotel malaya has its good points also, being in the center of many wonderful food and of course the nite market.

We had a game of bowling inside the alley and the shoes stinked so much that we were reluctant to wear them at first but we had no choice but to comply since we paid up for it.. Team Singapore's Jason Chua aka Andrew Fang won the game in the end. Was he inspired by Gui Mei's offer of her kisses?? =pp hmmm hahah .....

After getting out of the hotel , we spotted a ramen shop selling their noodles at 50% discount so we went in to have a quick bite.. The noodles tasted quite good juz that the green tea served tasted exactly like water except for its green colour haha..

After that we took a cab back to the hotel and started watching the match between chelsea and arsenal at the cafe below our hotel..Went to the 7 eleven during the break and i spotted more wierd drinks in the fridge haha.. Damn chelsea won 2-0 and Jason was happy like hell..We went back to the hotel after that and it was already 2.30am in the morning so after a short bathed it was time to sleep!! We gave a prank call to Gui mei and chee hao b4 sleeping haha. Jason slept close to Ign and i can imagine the torture thru out the nite hahah..

KL (Part 1)

Helo! Haha juz got back from KL two days ago.. wonderful trip i can say minus the bad service from the hotel!! Hahah well, everyone was blaming JASON who assured that he had done his homework well including the hotel haha.. Might be a diff story though if we stayed at hotel federal instead of hotel malaya hahaah..

Took a long bus journey to KL wf Gui mei, Ign, Chee hao, Jason, Gui's friends Wanling and Steven on a coach .. Had great fun onboard the bus besides the time when all of us fell asleep.. Well, Jason was sitting right behind Gui mei thru out the journey.. juz imagine the ordeal she had gone thru! Haha some live concert from Jason, singing and talking non-stop.. Check out from Chee hao if u wanna watch the "tong hua" mtv starring our famous Mr Jason Chua!!! haha real funny and artistic video..

We stopped at Chinatown in KL which is a stone's throw away from our hotel.. When we saw the appearance of the hotel from the outside, our heart actually sank haha.. Its looked like some huge old hotel which they used to film those chinese ghost shows!! The service was real bad and we had to wait for 1.5 hrs juz to get our first room. The other two rooms were given later in the nite! Luckily the room was very cosy and nice on the inside.Well the surrounding looked like the one we saw on the show "ying yang lu" haha. Ign, Jason and i formed the club DI DA DI.. haha from then on there was no peace for gui mei! =pp Club DI DA DI!
We settled down in the very first room and went out for shopping at the mid valley mega mall.. The mid valley mega mall is very big which boasts over 430 shops! and a walking distance of 5km if u were to walk all over the shopping centre.. haha well we spent most of the time at STUDIO R, a very big sports store which looks very similar to the ones we have in suntec.. Most of us bought something there and we shopped until 6+pm and spotted a Sweet Receipe shop which the cakes and stuff were of similar prices in singapore but they were all in Ringgits which means a half price for all items. Jason ordered a lamb pie, Ign, hao, gui mei and I shared a cheesecake, huge slice of mocha choco cake and white choco macademia cake.. The huge slice of cake only cost RM 5.35 each! which is less than 2.50 sg dollars and they were delicious! <-- NIce cakes!!! -->

We took a taxi back to hotel malaya after that and after some time of waiting we were given the remaining two rooms. Chee hao and gui mei shared the twin room while Jason, ign and i took the triplet room which was obviously much bigger and nicer hahaa .. Well Chee hao was chosen to share because all of us thinks that he will be the safest for gui mei hahah u guys should noe y =pp

We bathed and went down to a very nice stall store and shared two set of bbq stingray, cockles and sotong which were all bbq in aluminium foil wf sambal chili. Really nice but hot.. After that it was Jason's favourite time of the day when we visited the Chinatown nite market which is juz situated below our hotel.. The whole market was big anf filled wf ppl.. There have everything u can imagine but of course they were all fake stuff haha but made almost like the real ones. Jason had a good time bargaining and the prices settled were usually ard half of the initial asking prices haha.. Many nice stuff to eat inside the nite market also including the nice longan and herb drink, really smooth bean curd jelly , nice fried potato balls etc.. After some time we settled down at the mini cafe inside the hotel, ordered some drinks and watched abit of the match between everton and bolten .. Well, we came at the last 20min and everton conceded 3 goals then haha..

After that, chee hao , Ign and i went to search for the famous claypot "lao shu fen " or " lou xu fan " in cantonese.. We ordered a big pot and the really nice pork meat fried wf garlic and some special sauce. Was real full by then and we went looking ard before going back to our room where we joked and played some card games wf the rest... The first day was over and we managed to sleep only 3 hrs for that night...

Dec is here!!

Woohooo!! haha the finally awaited DEC is here!!! And its 3 mths and 9 days to ORD!!! hahah... this coming 2 and a half weeks of break in dec will sort of fast forward the ord process =p hahaha.. so happy.. everything is going well lately and most of the important exercises are over too... 2 more weeks and i'll be heading to KL with some friends..

Great news for liverpool fans.. Liverpool is on a great run.. Seven matches unbeaten and they achieved 7 cleans sheet in a row too... hahah bursting from the second half of the table to a creditable 3RD !! Demolishing everyone along the way and more importantly the 2m tall Peter Crouch finally scored after almost 24 hours of total time played for liverpool.. Wonderful chip.. haha ... juz very unlucky not to score during the previous games he played.

Well finally broke my goal duck too.. scoring a brace (2 goals) for the team in two consecutive weeks.. So its 19 goals in 14 games =p

Hope to pass my ftt this coming thursday haha.. keep in touch guys..
