Liverpool 2 - Inter Milan 0
Liverpool beat the unbeaten Italian Series A league leader Inter Milan in the Champions League with 2 late goals from Dirk Kuyt and Gerrard. Liverpool had a couple of chances in the match throughout but were most denied by the brave Inter's keeper Julio César. Liverpool is almost through to the quarter final of the tournament once again unless Inter Milan can provide a comeback at San Siro. Onwards Liverpool!

Liverpool 3 -0 Sunderland
Liverpool brushed aside Sunderland with a 3-0 victory at Anfield. Crouch, Torres and Gerrard(pen). Sunderland proved to be a hard nut to crack as they defended in great numbers just outside the penalty box. A strategy that will normally work against Liverpool but Crouch's header opened the floodgate. A morale booster win for Liverpool after a series of bad run in the league and with such a talented squad, they should be higher up in the league.

Liverpool 5 - Luton 0
Liverpool beat Luton 5-0 and Gerrard stole the headlines with his hat-trick. Jamie Carragher captained Liverpool for this game as it was his 500th game for Liverpool. Rafa joined the two teams in the Guard-of-Honour for Jamies Carragher and it was a special night for the humble yet ever so reliable Jamie Carrgher. Babel and Sami Hyppia were also on the scoresheet and Liverpool's next stop will be the brave Non-league side Havant & Waterlooville. Onwards Liverpool!

EPL Goal of the Month (December)
EPL goals of the month! Lots of fantastic goals in the month of december such as the ones from Larrson, Adebayor and Sulley Muntari. Sit back and enjoy! =) There are many changes to the forms of the teams recently and Everton is enjoying a great run into the top 5 of the league and Arsenal seems to have lost their firing power lately with a draw at home against Birmingham. More managers have been sacked and the departure of Rafa seems imminent after the owners admitted to have approached Klinnsman for the post.

Liverpool hit top gear
Liverpool hit top gear to thrash Portsmouth 4-1 at home with Torres scoring a brace and Benayoun hitting a powerful volley past James in the first half. Certainly a spirited Liverpool display after the unfortunate loss to Manchester United last week. Torres took his tally to 15 goals in just 20 games and we are going to see the first Liverpool striker to take his goal tally to 20 goals a season soon since 1996.

Come on Reds!
Explosive Counter between Liverpool and Man United at Anfield today. There's nothing greater than beating Liverpool's old rival Man United. Come on Reds!
Jinxed Liverpool lost to Man United 1-0 again on Sunday. The match was very disappointing as Liverpool had enough chances and domination time to easily finish off the game. The ball just came roll into the net no matter how hard the players tried. Guess Liverpool just has no luck when it comes to meeting Man United.

Miracle of Istanbul
The Miracle Of Istanbul 2005
As a Liverpoolfc fan, you can never get sick of the videos of the day that liverpool won the Champions League in 2005. Magical atmosphere and how the liverpool fans cheered the team on despite being 3-0 down at half time. There were reports that the song "You'll never walk alone" sang by liverpool fans at the half time interval actually sent chills down the players' spines and inspired them to do better in the second half. Enjoy the fantastic clip.
YNWA!

Fantastic goals from Muntari (portsmouth)
Fantastic goals from Muntari and he destroyed Aston Villa single-handedly with his long range scorchers, utilising both sides of his foot effectively. Scott Carson had no chance at all to be fair and the two goals were simply superb. Portsmouth bought him for about 7m and its beginning to look like a real deal now.

Marseille 0 - Liverpool 4
Liverpool thrashed Marseille convincingly at their home ground with a fantastic scoreline of 4-0. Gerrard, Torres and Ryan Babel were on the scoresheet. Torres was extremely sharp during the match having score a gem, dancing his way through 6 defenders before slotting the ball into th bottom corner. Kewell played very well too with 2 great assists. There's only one Stevie G!

Reading 3 -1 Liverpool
Sad day for Liverpool as they fell undeservingly to Reading at the Madejski Stadium. After watching the whole game, i couldn't help but wonder whether the epl matches are rigged ha.
Carragher fouled the Reading's striker outside the box with the linesman having a full view of it and yet the Referee and linesman awarded Reading a penalty! And that's not about all, Liverpool's strikers were fouled no less than 4 times in the box with the Referee right in front of the incidents all the times and not even a single penalty was given.
The 2 commentators for the match even agreed that liverpool should have AT LEAST 2 penalties using the strictest view. An early christmas gift for Reading should they need the points later on in the season. Kudos to the Reading strikers who played very well on saturday despite the bad refereeing.
Time to move on.. Next stop Marseille and Manchester United. YNWA!

Liverpool 4 -0 Bolton
Liverpool thrashed Bolton 4-0 at Anfield with Hyppia, Gerrard (pen), Torres and Babel on the score sheet. Liverpool youngster, Jack Hobbs did very well in replacing Carragher(injured)after the second half. Kewell, Benayoun and Gerrard ran at Bolton's defence and effectively ripped them apart.

Liverpool 4 - 1 Porto
Liverpool won 4-1 at Anfield against Porto with Torres(2), Gerrard(pen) and Crouch on the scoresheet. The introduction of Kewell turned the game around as he ghosted past several defenders with ease to set up Torres for his second goal to start the rout.

Champions League Highlights
Arsenal lost 3-1 to the fantastic Sevilla who have won 2 Uefa Cups in their last 2 season.
Man United 2 - 1 Lisbon. Ronaldo saved Man United yet again with another stunning freekick. Man United was unrecogisable without him against Bolton and whether Man United can add another silverware this season largely depends on this guy.

Newcastle 0-3 Liverpool
Liverpool won Newcastle 3-0 at St James Park with Gerrard, Kuyt and Babel on the score sheet. Gerrard lifted liverpool with another thunderous freekick giving in-form Shay Given no chance. The score line could have been another 8-0 if not for the wasteful finishings by Torres and Kuyt and the bravery of Shay Given. Liverpool, with 1 game in hand, can move into the second place with just a 1-0 as Man United lost their game to Bolton.
Rafa post match interview.
Finally some comments from Rafa after the win. Guess he was more relieved after the match and i do hope Liverpool can secure Mascharano on a long-term deal. But we know it wont come cheap.

Fastest EPL Hat-Trick - Robbie Fowler
Video on Robbie Fowler's fastest EPL Hat-trick ever against Arsenal. All 3 goals in 4min 33seconds and very few came close to that timing. Fowler is no doubt England's more natural striker ever who uses alot intelligence in his game. I was very fortunate to catch the goals on television when I was still in my primary school days. Guess it was him and a few other players then that led me to support Liverpool since then. Fowler has probably played his last game at Anfield recently in the game against Cardiff.
Fowler, a Livepool Legend always .....

Cristiano Ronaldo's life
Cristiano Ronaldo's Life
Uploaded by GOAAAAL
Documentary on Ronaldo's rise to Stardom. Interviews from his mother, sister, Sir Bobby Charlton and all those around him and the places he used to live in etc. C.Ronaldo became England's public enemy no1 after he caused Rooney to be sent off during the World Cup. 9 mths later, everything seems to change after he won the Epl Trophy with Man United and swept all the player of the year awards for the year and many began to respect him more.

Crouch winner again
England won Austria, European Championship Co-host, 1-0 in a meaningless international friendly that saw England's best striker Owen injured yet again. Crouch continued his fine international form, scoring the only goal from the header and guess he'll be placed as the lone striker during the final match against Croatia and England just need a point to qualify. Crouch is very tall and he poses a different type of threat from the usual strikers. Defenders have difficulty in marking him and there's the reason why Rafa still wants him in the team. Crouch still has a weak shot and header and needs to improve to gain back his first team place in Liverpool.

C. Ronaldo Blossomed
C.Ronaldo has really blossomed over the past 2 seasons and this video clip focused on Ronaldo during the EPL match against wigan where they won 4-0. Just look at how ROnaldo alone contributes to Man United's whole attacking play. The attacks will usually start from him splitting the defence and easing on the other Man United attackers' burden. Man United looked very much less threatening during the matches without him playing.
