Liverpool 2 - Inter Milan 0

Liverpool beat the unbeaten Italian Series A league leader Inter Milan in the Champions League with 2 late goals from Dirk Kuyt and Gerrard. Liverpool had a couple of chances in the match throughout but were most denied by the brave Inter's keeper Julio César. Liverpool is almost through to the quarter final of the tournament once again unless Inter Milan can provide a comeback at San Siro. Onwards Liverpool!

Happy Chinese New Year!

Happy Chinese New Year to everyone! The highly celebrative festive mood associated with the tradtional Chinese New Year seems to have worn out over the years or perhaps i've grown older and the magical touch of the event has slowly seeped from me over the years =p Nevertheless, it is a good time to take a good rest and to meet up with relatives and friends that one has not met for a long time. Our economy is doing quite well and it will be a good time to stock up on some cash as well haha =p Take care and enjoy your holiday! =)

Liverpool 3 -0 Sunderland

Liverpool brushed aside Sunderland with a 3-0 victory at Anfield. Crouch, Torres and Gerrard(pen). Sunderland proved to be a hard nut to crack as they defended in great numbers just outside the penalty box. A strategy that will normally work against Liverpool but Crouch's header opened the floodgate. A morale booster win for Liverpool after a series of bad run in the league and with such a talented squad, they should be higher up in the league.
